Lincoln Motor Company

Lincoln wanted to break the stigma of being “your grandfather’s car.” Our team was tasked with creating an extremely unique training event to change the mindset of its dealer body. Every element was fully experiential and unlike any other event attended. The result? Lincoln moved from #11 to #1 in their J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction score in under five years.

I was also part of the creative ideation team that developed the Lincoln Experience Center in Newport Beach, CA. This work represents some of the proudest moments in my entire career.
